Case Manager

 

The successful candidate will provide case management services within the scope of licensure/certification and in accordance with all applicable policies, rules, and standards including evaluation/assessment of client’s strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences; participate in the development of an individualized treatment plan; provide individual intervention and assistance and support during crisis situations; maintains relevant documentation; and assists in the development of discharge/transition plans. LSW or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, psychology, or other social service discipline is required and minimum of two years of experience providing direct care case management services to persons with mental illness or similar populations.

 

Outpatient Therapist

The successful candidate will provide counseling/psychotherapy to individuals and/or groups, adults, adolescents, and/or children based upon clinical assessment and diagnosis; development of treatment plans, and engagement of the client in the therapeutic process. Provides emergency services as needed; participates in quality improvement process; may provide mental health education and consultation; maintains timely and accurate clinical documentation. Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology required and minimum of one year of field practicum in a mental health setting or equivalent experience in counseling people with mental health problems.

Psychologist

 

The successful candidate will provide counseling and psychotherapy (group and individual) to children, adolescents, and adults based upon clinical assessment and diagnosis; development of treatment plans; and engagement of the client in the therapeutic process. Provides emergency services as needed. Participates in quality improvement process. May provide mental health education and consultation. Maintains timely and accurate clinical documentation. Responsible for testing and evaluations as assigned. Provides clinical supervision to assigned staff and/or students. Applicants must possess a Ph.D or Psy.D. in psychology; five years experience in a mental health setting or equivalent experience in counseling and clinical supervision; and independent licensure to practice psychology and provide clinical supervision of staff delivering mental health outpatient services.  

 

Clinical Assistant/Crisisline Worker

 

Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and general experience with emotionally disturbed population or in a residential setting preferred.  Clinical Assistant duties include, but are not limited to, providing personal care services including activities of daily living, assistance with self-administration of medication, budgeting, and other individualized services to support individual stability and growth; planning, organizing, and conducting social/recreation, and leisure activities, reporting changes in observable behavior of clients served.  Crisisline duties include, but are not limited to, responding to crisis calls in a competent, professional, and courteous manner; using appropriate judgment in making referrals, including use of emergency services; assisting in maintaining up-to-date referral information; maintaining appropriate documentation of Crisisline calls.
